Booking Conditions


A personalized account service is available to our clients on request.

For online bookings, a minimum of 24 hrs booking notice is necessary, to book a car with less than 24 hrs we ask our clients to please call on 0800 093 6507.

All possible added fees such as parking, tolls and waiting time are not included. If the customer does not appear at the time and pick up point, all monies paid will be non-refundable.

The Car Company will provide any reasonable efforts to ensure that the service is provided as booked but will not be liable for any loss or costs suffered or incurred through any reasonable or unavoidable delays to its customers. Also the Car Company will not be responsible for any losses suffered (for example, any missed meetings or flights) in the case of a failure to allow sufficient time for the journey.


Cancellation

For single hire:
- 24h cancellation: for under 24h cancellation request, 100 % charges will apply

If events and more than one car hire:

- 48h cancellation
- over 48h notice cancellation , no charges
- between 24h and 48h notice cancellation , 50% charge
- under 24h notice, 100% charge, no refund

The cancellation policy will always be sent along the car hire confirmation.
